Please - DO NOT bring your own Iron or Heating equipment as these are provided at no extra charge along with TV's, Kettles, Hair dryers (on request) Showers and Electricity.
Conditions of Booking
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and the tariffs according to Season. A deposit of £15 per person is required to confirm a booking. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the person who's signature appears on the Booking Form will be liable to pay the for the cost of the deposit as per the reservation. Please note we do not accomadate hen or stag nights and if these are booked under pretence, you will be turned away and charged the full cost of the holiday.With no exception. Any groups above (3 adults +) the head of the group must sign a disclaimer on arrival against any damage,theft etc and will be held responsible for the full cost of any such repairs or replacement needed.
Settlement of accounts: If you wish to pay the balance by cheque, please remit at least 10 working days prior to your arrival for it to clear through the Banks. Otherwise, must be paid on arrival by cash or card.
Please be aware that if you cancel your break within 48hrs of your break starting. The full cost of the holiday becomes payable by you.
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departature - unless agreed otherwise.
